PHIL'S PHILLY GRILL IS NOW FRANCHISING IN TEXAS!
Interested? Please follow this simple process and you will be on your way to becoming a Phil's Philly Grill Franchisee.

1. We currently Franchise only in Texas. Click Here.

2. Application Process: Complete the attached application and mail it to our corporate office. We will review and process your application within two weeks.

3. Franchise Documents: Upon approval of your application, we will setup our initial meeting and send you the franchise disclosure document.

4. Site Selection: After we execute the franchise document, we will start our site selection process. We will consult you on the site selection process. We also monitor potential malls, airports, universities, shopping centers, and hospital sites through out the year for your assistance in the site selection process.

5. Finance: At this point, it will be very important to secure your finances. Phil's has preferred lenders where franchisees can get full support from.

6. Construction and design: Once a site is approved, Phil's will provide you with a prototypical layout and design along with an equipment list. Phil's will help you modify the layout for your specific site. Phil's will also assist you and your contractor during the construction of your new Phil's to ensure that it meets the highest standards.

7. Grand Opening: All franchisees must complete a training program before opening up a Phil's. Phil's will also assist with the marketing and advertising of the Grand Opening to ensure a successful launch.

8. Ongoing Support and Development: Phil's will monitor the progress of each franchisee on an ongoing basis. Phil's will continue the development of each franchisee with continuous training and quality surveys.
